Quality Statement

LTX will meet the needs and surpass the expectations of our customers by providing an environment that fosters employee participation in continuous improvement of our products and services.

WEEE/RoHS Compliance Position Statement

It is LTX's desire to meet and exceed our customers’ needs with respect to the European Union’s 2002 Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directives. As a Semiconductor Test Equipment producer of “large-scale stationary industrial tools,” LTX product is exempted from the WEEE and RoHS directives under section 6, Annex 1B of the WEEE Directive.

Nonetheless, LTX is actively working with our supply chain to ensure that WEEE/RoHS-compliant materials are used wherever commercially reasonable. Moving forward, LTX will continue to apply our own internal efforts and expertise and our close partnership with customers and suppliers to align with the WEEE and RoHS directives wherever commercially reasonable and to maintain an uninterrupted supply of quality products. We will continue to examine and analyze all plans for product development so that we can maintain alignment with the general principles of the WEEE and RoHS directives.

If you have any questions about LTX's quality policies or about WEEE or RoHS status for any LTX product, please contact:
