These devices are incorporated in a wide range of products, including data communications equipment such as switches, routers and servers, broadband access products such as cable modems and Ethernet accessories, personal communication devices such as cell phones and personal digital assistants, consumer products such as televisions, video game systems, digital cameras, and automobile electronics, and personal computer accessory products such as disk drives and 3D graphics accelerators.
Corporate Summary
Since 1976, LTX Corporation has been designing, developing and marketing advanced test solutions for the semiconductor industry.
In 1998, LTX introduced Fusion, the industry’s first single-platform tester, and pioneered an advanced approach to system-on-a-chip (SOC) testing that soon became the market standard.
Today, LTX continues to outpace the competition with the X-Series, the industry’s most innovative, cost-effective, scalable and compatible test solution. Simply put, LTX’s X-Series is built for the way you test.
LTX has also assembled the industry’s best support personnel – including the top applications engineers and innovative customer service teams – to ensure that customers are able to go to market as rapidly and cost effectively as possible.
