(Nasdaq: NVLS), has been elected to its Board of Directors. Novellus is a leading supplier of the sophisticated manufacturing systems used to create advanced integrated circuits (ICs).

Prior to joining Novellus, Mr. Hill was employed by Tektronix, Inc., an electronics company, where he held a number of senior management positions. Before Tektronix, he held engineering management positions at General Electric, Motorola and Hughes Aircraft Company.
